Karate Kid and Two Trees

Two Tree Hill:
Me and some friends that were visiting from back home climbed two tree hill to do a flash at sunset portrait assignment, I didn't like too many of the flash exposures but I did like the trees and the silhouettes. Enjoy.

It is new because I can now have the knowledge to capture the images that have been in my mind for a very long time. I have always been fascinated with eyes, I hope to do a gallery show someday with this as a theme. This is just a quick rough cut, the final product I hope to look much different and more profound but this is the first step. Hope you enjoy. Thanks for the cooperation to all of those who helped!

Prep Week Goings On

"Speedbump WEEE"

So this week or so I have been messing around with my flash some more... its fun . This is just a few of the things i have got so far. I was also messing around with some portrait stuff today heh and since I had no one else around in the house I just used myself. One of the portrait things I messed around with was the idea of a softbox. I have always wanted one so today I made one out of some ducktape a sixpack box and some paper towels... anways the first of the horizontal portraits is with my makshift softbox and the second is just strait flash. Not to bad for a free softbox made in about 45 seconds. Enjoy.
